The General Teaching Council for England

The HCD Student Partnership (part of the Leadership for Learning team) at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education has recently completed the 'Influence and Participation of Children and Young People in their Learning' research for The General Teaching Council for England (GTC). At this one day conference the GTC invites you to discuss with them how schools can raise the participation of children and young people in their learning. Together, you will look at practical ways in which schools can seek views from all learners and manage their views alongside those of the wider school community. You will also help to inform their advice to government on this area.
